Apart from this the rest is just the same and hence in a manner you say that the  2010 HUMMER H3T is the H3 SUV at heart and you can expect everything that a high end SUV offers from it, but not extreme off-road capability.

Under The Hood

All 2010 Hummer H3T models come with permanent four-wheel drive mated with a two-speed transfer case. Apart from Alpha trim level, the rest of the H3T have a 3.7-liter inline five-cylinder engine pumping under their hoods and delivering a heft 239 hp of maximum power and 241 lb-ft of maximum torque. All the engines are mated to standard five-speed manual transmission and there also is an option of four-speed automatic. The combine fuel efficiency for all the five trims is 15 mpg with either of the transmissions.

The most powerful among all the trim levels is the Alpha trim level, which has a hefty 5.3-liter V8 engine pumping 300 hp of maximum power and 320 lb-ft of maximum torque under its hood. The V8 is mated to a four-speed automatic transmission and sprints from 0 to 60 in 8 seconds flat. But you won’t have to trade a lot of fuel economy to get this power, and even the Alpha delivers combined fuel economy of 14 mpg.

The safety in such immensely powered trims is ensured by safety features such as traction control, an Antilock disc brakes, OnStar communications system, stability control and complete side curtain airbags.
