2011 Subaru Outback Update Gets a Tad Price Hike

Subaru is all set with its updated Subaru Outback models to enter the auto market in 2011 with a vengeance. Although the models launched in market in 2010 was also completely new and had almost everything new, but this doesn’t stop Subaru from providing further updating to its model for 2011.Although all these additions are expected to be modest updating. One updating that we are aware of will not make many of our readers happy, but yes it’s true that the 2011 Subaru Outback will get slight price hike.

Apart from the slight price hike there will be some other updates as well. The rather minor but noteworthy upgrading includes the all new manual-folding side view mirrors, and the existing Outback models having up level Harmon Kardon audio system will now get a three-month tryout subscription and XM satellite radio. The 2011 Subaru Outback will also receive a rear-view camera for its power moonroof package. Both the models for the same will also get plenty of exterior paint colors.

Regardless of powertrain and trim levels all the models of Subaru Outback gets a $200 price hike in comparison to the 2010 Subaru models. The price for the base Subaru Outback 2.5i now will start from $23,920, together with destination. While the 2.5i Premium model, which heirs the term 2.5i in terms of content, but adds fog lamps will start from $25,220. Also the limited models of 2011 Legacy 2.5i having heated leather seats along-with its all other features will now carry a base price of $29,220.

The price hike will also be applicable for the six-cylinder trim levels and even if you want a little extra power you also will have to pay little extra. The base model outback 3.6R will be priced around $28,920, while the Premium trim of 2011 Subaru Outback will start from $29,920, and the 2011 Subaru Outback 3.6R limited will start from $32,220.

So if you have buying a Subaru Outback in your things to do  list for 2011, then better do a little bit of recalculation and re-estimation of budget you have, depending upon the model you want to get. This will make it easy for you to plan your buy and at  the same time wont make you loose the catchy Outback, especially now that there are plenty of updating on the already upgraded 2010 Subaru Outback. So do a little bit of recalculations and go for the 2011 Subaru Outback.
