The 2010 Toyota RAV4 is available in three trim levels Base, Sport and Limited. Each trim features the option of four wheel drive or all wheel drive. It also offers the option four cylinder or V6 engine.

The standard Base edition is equipped with 16 inch steel wheels, full power accessories, cruise control, keyless entry, air conditioning, a tilt and telescoping steering wheel and a six speaker audio system with CD player and auxiliary audio jack. The base V6 engine with all wheel drive additionally includes 17 inch alloy wheels.

The Sport edition is equipped with 18 inch alloy wheels, sport suspension, tuning and color keyed bumper. Toyota also offers the option of 3.5 liter V6 engine that delivers 269 horsepower and 246 pounds feet of torque.  It offers an estimated fuel economy of 19/27/22 mpg for front wheel drive system and 19/26/22 with 4WD.

The 2010 Toyota RAV4 features front seat side airbag, full length side curtain airbag, antilock disc brakes, stability control and traction control. The V6 equipped vehicles adds Hill Start Assist and Down Hill Assist control.
